Jesús está más cerca de ti de lo que crees. No solo está contigo, sino que vive dentro de ti. Tú eres el templo del Espíritu Santo (1 Corintios 6:19). Cada vez que pienso en esta verdad espiritual, me maravilla más y más, y saber que él está cerca de mí me hace sentir cercana a él.
Con demasiada frecuencia pensamos que Dios está muy lejos, en su lugar sagrado y lejos de nosotros, que intentamos alcanzarlo. A pesar de que nuestro Padre está en el cielo y que Jesús está sentado a su derecha, él también vive dentro de nosotros a través de su Espíritu. Nunca deberíamos dudar de que Dios está siempre cerca de nosotros y listo para ayudarnos.
Te animo a que habites en la promesa de Dios de nunca abandonarte (Hebreos 13:5). Medita específicamente en el versículo de hoy, que nos recuerda que Jesús está en el Padre, que tú estás en Jesús y Jesús está en ti. Practica pensando en lo cerca que él está de ti y habla con él a lo largo del día, como hablarías con otro cualquiera que esté contigo todo el tiempo. Desarrolla una amistad sagrada con Él, siendo siempre respetuoso y reverente, pero también estando relajado y confortable en su presencia.

“Padre, gracias por nunca abandonarme y estar cerca de mí todo el tiempo. Me maravilla el hecho de que elegiste vivir en mí y estoy agradecido por mi relación contigo. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén”.
CLOSER THAN YOU THINK
On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.

Jesus is closer to you than you may think. He is not only with you, but He is living inside of you. You are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Every time I think about this powerful spiritual truth, it amazes me more and more, and knowing He is close to me makes me feel closer to Him.
Too often, we think of God as being far away, in His holy place, and of ourselves as trying to reach Him. Although our Father is in heaven and Jesus is seated at His right hand, He also lives in us through His Spirit. We should never doubt that God is always near to us and ready to help us.
I encourage you to dwell on God’s promise to never leave you (Hebrews 13:5). Meditate specifically on today’s scripture, which reminds you that Jesus is in the Father, that you are in Jesus, and that Jesus is in you. Practice thinking about how close He is to you, and talk with Him throughout the day, as you would speak to anyone else who is with you all the time. Develop a holy friendship with Him, always being respectful and reverent yet also relaxed and comfortable in His presence.

“Father, thank You for never leaving me and for being close to me at all times. I’m amazed that You choose to live in me and grateful for my relationship with You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
