A los ojos de Dios, todos somos iguales y valiosos. Deberíamos mostrar siempre respeto hacia todas las personas, porque todas son importantes para Dios. 1 Pedro 2:17 dice: “honrad a todos”, y me doy cuenta de que es difícil respetar a algunos por sus actos impíos. Sin embargo, en vez de juzgarlos, debemos orar por ellos con la esperanza de que abran sus corazones a Dios (Mateo 5:44-45).
Si somos egoístas y llenos de orgullo, siempre sentiremos que somos más importantes que los demás y los despreciaremos en lugar de valorarlos. El orgullo nos hace pensar que somos mejores de lo que realmente somos, en lugar de que nos veamos acorde a la gracia de Dios.
Recuerda siempre que, si eres bueno o dotado para algo, es una habilidad que posees porque Dios te hizo de esa manera. No te atribuyas el mérito, siempre dale la gloria a Dios. En vez de dejar que tus dones te hagan sentir superior a los demás, permite que te hagan humilde de asombro por lo bueno que Dios ha sido contigo. Nadie merece la bondad que Dios nos muestra. Te animo a ser un vehículo que Dios pueda usar para ayudar a otros a sentirse valorados e importantes.
Oración:
“Padre, creo que es muy importante para ti que trate a los demás de la forma en que tú los tratarías. Por favor, ayúdame a hacer esto y a siempre recordar que todo el bien que hago es el resultado de tu gracia. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén”.
VALUE EVERYONE
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.

In God’s eyes, we are all equal and valuable. We should always show respect for all people, for they are all important to God. First Peter 2:17 says that we should “show proper respect to everyone,” and I realize there are some people that are very difficult to respect because of their ungodly actions. However, instead of judging them, we should pray for them in the hope that their hearts would be open to God (Matthew 5:44–45).
If we are selfish and filled with pride, we always feel we are more important than others, and we will look down on them rather than valuing them. Pride causes us to think more highly of ourselves than we should rather than seeing ourselves according to the grace of God.
Always remember that whatever you are good at or gifted to do is only a strength for you because God has made you that way. Don’t take credit for yourself, but give glory to God always. Instead of allowing your abilities to make you feel that you are better than others, let them humble you in amazement that God has been so good to you. None of us deserve the goodness that God shows to us. I encourage you to be a vessel that God can use to help others feel valued and important.
Prayer:
“Father, I believe it is very important to You that I treat all people the way You would treat them. Please help me do this, and help me always remember that any good I do is only because of Your grace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
