Por mucho tiempo yo fui mi peor enemigo porque todo lo que vi, fue lo que pensé que estaba mal en mí. Mi opinión de mí misma se basaba en lo que otras personas habían dicho de mí y en cómo me habían tratado, y el resultado fue auto rechazo. La Palabra de Dios nos muestra quiénes somos en Cristo y revela cuan maravillosamente Dios nos ha creado.
Dios te ama y te aprueba. Él está contigo, no en tu contra. Él desea que vivas de acuerdo con lo que su Palabra dice acerca de ti. Conviértete en un amigo de ti mismo, en lugar de tu enemigo. Cree en las capacidades que Dios puso en ti. Debes saber que eres especial y fuiste creado con un propósito. No te llenes de duda y auto crítica, confía en que Cristo está en ti guiándote.
Cuando estás dentro de Cristo, él siempre está obrando en ti para cambiarte a su imagen. Mírate como Dios te ve y deja de pensar y decir cosas negativas de ti mismo. Aprender a amarte y aceptarte a ti mismo cambia tu vida y la convierte en una vida llena de alegría y entusiasmo.

“Padre, ayúdame a aprender a verme como tú me ves. Enséñame a ser amigo de mí mismo en vez de un enemigo. Gracias. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén”.
BECOME YOUR OWN BEST ALLY
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
—PSALM 139:14
For a long time, I was my own worst enemy because all I saw was what I thought was wrong with me. My opinion of myself was based on what other people had said about me and how they had treated me, and the result was self-rejection. God’s Word teaches us who we are in Christ and reveals how wonderfully God has created us.
God loves and approves of you, and He is for you, not against you. He desires for you to live in agreement with what His Word says about you. Become a friend to yourself rather than an enemy. Believe in the capabilities God has placed in you. Know that you are special and created for a purpose. Don’t be filled with self-doubt and self-criticism, but trust that Christ is in you and is leading you.
When you are in Christ, He is always working in you and changing you into His image. See yourself as God sees you, and stop thinking and saying negative things about yourself. Learning to love and accept yourself changes your life into one that is joyful and exciting.
Prayer:
“Father, help me learn to see myself as You see me. Teach me to be a friend to myself rather than an enemy of myself. Thank You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
