Todo aquel que ama a Dios quiere crecer espiritualmente y ofrecerle lo mejor de sí mismo. Podemos desear cambiar, estudiar la Palabra de Dios y orar por nuestras faltas, pero solo Dios puede cambiarnos. De hecho, él está constantemente transformándonos a la imagen de Jesucristo y seguirá haciéndolo hasta su regreso.
Oro para que aprendas a celebrar tus progresos en el Señor, en lugar de enojarte acerca de cuán lejos aún tienes que ir. Ninguno de nosotros ha alcanzado la perfección y nunca lo haremos hasta que dejemos nuestros cuerpos terrenales y estemos en casa junto al Señor. Satanás quiere que nos enfoquemos en nuestras faltas, pero Dios desea que nos fijemos en él y en su amor incondicional por nosotros.
Mientras más nos concentremos en Jesús y pasemos tiempo con Él, más cambiaremos. Dios está siempre con nosotros y mientras continuemos creyendo, él seguirá obrando en y para nosotros. Cree hoy que Dios te está cambiando y estás volviéndote más y más parecido a él.
Oración:
“Padre, gracias por obrar en mí y cambiarme. Confío en que me ayudarás a ser lo mejor que pueda para tu gloria. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén”.

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

Everyone who loves God wants to grow spiritually and be the best they can for Him. We can desire to change, study God’s Word, and pray about our faults, but only God can change us. As a matter of fact, He is continually transforming us into the image of Jesus Christ and will continue doing so right up to the time of His return.
I pray that you will learn to celebrate your progress in the Lord instead of being upset about how far you still have to go. Not one of us has reached perfection, and we never will until we are out of our fleshly bodies and at home with the Lord. Satan wants us to focus on our faults, but God wants us to focus on Him and His unconditional love for us.
The more we focus on Jesus and spend time with Him, the more we will change. God is always with us, and as long as we continue believing, He continues working in and for us. Believe today that God is changing you and that you are becoming more and more like Him.
Prayer:
“Father, thank You for working in me and changing me. I trust that You will help me be the best I can be for Your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
