Satanás gana más terreno en la vida de un creyente a través de la falta de perdón que cualquier otra cosa. En Marcos 11:22-24, vemos que tenemos el gran privilegio de ir a Dios y pedirle cualquier cosa en fe, esperando recibirlo. Pero inmediatamente después de esa promesa, leemos Marcos 11:25, el cual nos dice que no debemos dejar de perdonar a nadie, porque obstaculiza nuestra relación con Dios. Por lo tanto, cuando nos negamos a perdonar a alguien, eso también obstaculiza la respuesta a nuestra oración.
Si encuentras difícil perdonar a alguien que te ha ofendido o lastimado, solo piensa en todas las cosas por las cuales Dios te ha perdonado. Eso hará mucho más fácil para ti perdonar a quienes te han herido. Te insto a tomar la decisión hoy de no permitir que la amargura permanezca en tu alma, porque eso solo te lastima y no cambia a tu enemigo. Perdona a quienes te han ofendido, ora por ellos y bendícelos, y Dios será tu Vindicador.
Cada vez que Dios nos pide hacer algo, él siempre nos da la habilidad para hacerlo. El perdón no es un sentimiento, sino una decisión que tomas. Mientras eres obediente y oras por tus enemigos y los bendices, Dios sanará tus emociones. No permitas que Satanás siga robándote a través de albergar ofensas en tu corazón.

“Padre, no quiero dejar de perdonar a nadie. Pero necesito tu ayuda para dejar ir la amargura que siento por el dolor que algunas personas me han causado. Ayúdame a estar libre de amargura en todo momento. Gracias. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén”.

And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.

Satan gains more ground in a believer’s life through unforgiveness than anything else. In Mark 11:22–24, we see that we have the great privilege of going to God and asking for anything in faith, expecting that we will receive it. But immediately after that promise, we read Mark 11:25, which tells us that we must not hold unforgiveness against anyone because it hinders our relationship with God. Therefore, the refusal to forgive people also hinders answered prayer.
If you find it difficult to forgive someone who has offended or hurt you, just think of all the things for which God has forgiven you. This will make it much easier for you to forgive those who have wounded you. I urge you to make the decision today that you will never let bitterness stay in your soul, because it only hurts you and does not change your enemy. Forgive those who have offended you, pray for them, and bless them—and God will be your Vindicator.
Whenever God asks us to do anything, He always gives us the ability to do it. Forgiveness is not a feeling, but a decision you make. As you are obedient to pray for your enemies and bless them, God will heal your emotions. Don’t let Satan steal from you any longer through harboring offense in your heart.
Prayer:
“Father, I don’t want to hold unforgiveness against anyone. But I need Your help in order to let go of the bitterness I feel because of the pain some people have caused me. Help me stay free from bitterness at all times. Thank You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
