Dios siempre hace algo nuevo en nosotros como preparación para sus grandes planes. Podríamos estar realizando las mismas tareas que hemos hecho durante años, pero Dios aún permite que desarrollemos tanto fe como talentos, y nos hace madurar en carácter y fortaleza. Nadie llega a alcanzar la cima de su potencial, por viejo o experimentado que sea. Siempre hay algo más que el Señor nos pide que hagamos, que seamos y que experimentemos.
Por tanto, lo desafío a que revise el año pasado y que identifique las áreas en que Dios lo ha hecho crecer. Si descubre que no ha progresado, pregúntele a qué se debe esto y qué es lo que está frenándolo. Podría haber un obstáculo en su vida que deba enfrentar o un pecado que deba confesar antes de seguir adelante.
¡Así que adelante! Un año nuevo le espera y Dios quiere obrar a través suyo, demostrando poder y sabiduría mientras vive en sus propósitos divinos. Propóngase ingresar al nuevo año con una actitud de libertad, esperanza y victoria a medida que se aferra a las cosas nuevas que el Señor está haciendo en usted.

Jesús, que en este nuevo año aún más de tus maravillosos planes se cumplan en mi vida. Amén.
PREPARED FOR GREATER
“I will do something new . . . will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness.”
ISAIAH 43:19
God is always doing a new thing in you—preparing you for His great plans. You may be doing the same tasks you’ve done for years, but He is still causing you to grow in your faith and talents and mature in your character and depth. No one ever gets to the end of their potential—no matter how old or experienced you may be. There’s always more that the Lord calls you to do, be, and experience.
Therefore, I challenge you to review the past year and identify the areas where God has been growing you. If you find you are not progressing, ask Him why that is and what is holding you back. There may be an obstacle in your life that you need to face or a sin you need to confess before you can move ahead.
So do it! There is a new year ahead of you, and God wants to work through you and demonstrate His power and wisdom in your life as you live out His purposes. Go into the new year with an attitude of freedom, hopefulness, and victory by taking hold of the new things the Lord is doing in you.

Jesus, may this new year bring even more of Your awesome plans to fruition in my life! Amen.
