El juicio del Espíritu Santo es valioso para nosotros porque nos ayuda a saber cuando estamos haciendo algo indebido y que, en su lugar, debemos arrepentirnos y seguir la Voluntad de Dios. No es una invitación a sentirnos culpables o condenados, pues Dios nos mostró nuestros errores.
Por muchos años no supe la diferencia entre juicio y condena, y siempre que me sentía enjuiciada, de inmediato le permitía hacerme sentir culpable. Dios nunca nos condenó, pero sí nos ha juzgado por nuestras faltas y deberíamos agradecerle cada vez que lo hace.
Te aliento a no perder tu tiempo sintiéndote culpable, puesto que no es beneficioso en ningún modo. Admite tus errores y pídele a Dios que te perdone y te ayude a superarlos. Recuerda que la condena de Dios es un regalo, no algo que deba hacerte sentir mal contigo mismo.
Oración:
“Padre, gracias por todas las veces que me juzgaste por pecador. Soy feliz de saber que te importo lo suficiente para no permitir que viva en las tinieblas y el engaño. Quiero tu Voluntad en mi vida. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén”.
CONVICTION WITHOUT CONDEMNATION
Now when they heard this they were stung (cut) to the heart, and they said to Peter and the rest of the apostles (special messengers), Brethren, what shall we do? —ACTS 2:37 AMPC
The conviction of the Holy Spirit is very valuable to us because it lets us know that we are doing something we should not do and that we need to repent and do God’s will instead. It is not an invitation to feel guilty and condemned, because God has revealed the error of our ways.
For many years, I did not know the difference between conviction and condemnation, and anytime I felt convicted, I immediately allowed it to make me feel guilty. God never condemns us, but He does convict us of wrongdoing, and we should thank Him each time He does.
I encourage you not to waste your time feeling guilty, because it is never beneficial in any way. Admit your faults and ask God to forgive you and help you overcome them. Remember that conviction from God is a gift, not something intended to make you feel bad about yourself.
Prayer:
“Father, thank You for each time You convict me of sin. I am glad that You care enough about me to not let me live in darkness and deception. I want Your will in my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
