El nombre de Enoc puede que no te sea tan familiar como los de otros grandes hombres y mujeres que Dios mencionara en el Viejo Testamento, tales como Abraham, Moisés, José, Débora y Ester. Pero Enoc, tenía algo en común con todos aquellos que lograron algo grande en nombre de Dios. Según el versículo de hoy, Enoc cultivó el hábito de mantenerse en comunión con Dios. En Génesis 5:24 menciona que, en temor reverente y obediencia, “caminó, pues, Enoc con Dios”.
Enoc no falleció de causas naturales. Dios lo llevó directamente al cielo de manera sobrenatural. Este hombre desarrolló una relación tan íntima con Dios, que el mundo terrenal no pudo contenerlo. No puedo dejar de enfatizar lo importante que es tener una relación con Dios y pasar tiempo cada día en su presencia. No importa lo que tengas que hacer, nada es más importante que tu tiempo a solas con Dios. Si creas el hábito de estar en su compañía, al igual que Enoc, te sorprenderás de los cambios maravillosos que se operarán en tu vida y lo mucho que los vas a disfrutar.

WALK WITH GOD HABITUALLY
Enoch walked [in habitual fellowship] with God three hundred years after the birth of Methuselah and had other sons and daughters.
—GENESIS 5:22 AMP
The name Enoch may not be as familiar to you as the names of other great men and women of God mentioned in the Old Testament, such as Abraham, Moses, Joseph, Deborah, and Esther. But Enoch had something in common with everyone who has ever accomplished great things for Him. According to the amplification of today’s scripture, Genesis 5:22, he had developed the habit of fellowship with God. Genesis 5:24 notes that “[in reverent fear and obedience] Enoch walked with God” (AMP).
At the end of Enoch’s life, he did not die a natural death. God transferred him directly to heaven in a supernatural way. This man developed such an intimate relationship with God that this world could no longer hold him.
I cannot overemphasize the importance of living in habitual fellowship (or relationship) with God, spending time in His presence every day. No matter what is on your calendar or your to-do list today, nothing is more important than your personal time with God. If you will make a habit of fellowshipping with Him, as Enoch did, you will be amazed at how wonderful your life will be and how much you will enjoy it.

“Father, I love Your presence. Help me to walk in habitual fellowship with You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
