Cuando llamas a un amigo o familiar por el teléfono, esperas que esa persona atienda tu llamada si es posible. Si no responden, puedes dejar un mensaje y ellos usualmente te regresan la llamada. Si necesitas una respuesta pronta a una duda, siempre puedes enviarles un mensaje de texto. Incluso si no pueden hablar en el teléfono, quizá puedan responder tu pregunta y quedas libre de continuar con tu día. La tecnología ha permitido que recibamos respuestas en muchos casos instantáneas.
Pero Dios no trabaja igual que la tecnología. Puede que él no nos responda inmediatamente. En su sabiduría, él nos responde según su tiempo perfecto, no acorde con nuestro horario. Él sabe y ve todo, incluso cosas que no podemos imaginar, de modo que él sabe mejor que nosotros cómo y cuándo respondernos. Te animo a esperar pacientemente por el Señor hoy, confiando en que él responderá cuando sea el momento justo.

GOD WILL ANSWER
Lord, I wait for you; you will answer, Lord my God.

When you call a friend or family member on the phone, you expect that person to answer if at all possible. If they don’t answer, you can leave a message, and they will usually return your call. If you need a quick response to a question, you can always text them. Even if they can’t talk on the phone, they may be able to answer you, and you can go on with your day. Technology has made getting answers almost instant in many cases.
But God doesn’t work the way technology does. He may not always answer us instantly. In His wisdom, He answers us according to His perfect timing, not according to our schedules. He knows and sees everything, even things we cannot imagine, so He knows best how and when to answer us. I encourage you to wait patiently on the Lord today, trusting that He will answer you when the time is right.
Prayer:
“Father, thank You for hearing my prayers. I will wait on You to answer in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
