Tus fuerzas vienen de Dios Él te fortalecerá cuando no tengas fuerzas. Espera en Él y dale al Señor lo mejor que puedas. Nuestro Padre celestial ve las intenciones del corazón y hasta nuestros pensamientos. El conoce tus intenciones para realizar este ayuno.
Lo que Dios hará contigo al final del ayuno será glorioso y los cambios serán notados por todos lo que te rodean. Ahora mismo, después de 4 días ayunando y orando, deberías sentirte más cerca de Dios.
Hoy decide hacer un acto de misericordia a alguien que no conoces. Demuestra el amor que Dios ha puesto en ti. Sin importar las consecuencias o la reacción de los demás, cuando hacemos misericordia a alguien que no nos puede pagar de vuelta, demostramos que Jesús vive en nosotros.
Si te sientes cansado y agotado, espera en el Señor. No te desanimes sino que utiliza la oportunidad para comprobar que las promesas de Dios son verdaderas y siempre se cumplen.
Oración para hoy
Señor, reconozco que necesito de tí y fuera de tí nada puedo hacer. Gracias por darme fuerzas para continuar este ayuno. Ayúdame a caminar en misericordia con los demás y a ser más como tú. Te amo Señor. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén. ∞∞∞
Devocional día 5
Pero el rey David dijo a Ornán: No, sino que ciertamente lo compraré por su justo precio; porque no tomaré para el SEÑOR lo que es tuyo, ni ofreceré un holocausto que no me cueste nada.

A Dios se le da lo mejor El sacrificio que hacemos por acercarnos más a Dios es visto por nuestro Padre celestial y será recompensado. No es un acto de manipulación para obtener algo a cambio pero cuando lo hacemos de corazón Dios nos bendecirá.
No me refiero a sacrificios vanos como repetir la misma oración diez veces al día o caminar de rodillas. Si no tenemos un corazón limpio y puro, nuestro sacrificio de nada vale.
No le des a Dios las migajas. Esto es lo que esta escritura nos enseña. El rey pudo tomar el campo de gratis pero eso no agradaría al Señor. Si amamos a Dios tenemos que darle lo mejor que podamos. Si no te cuesta lo que entregas a Dios no esperes que Dios se mueva a tu favor.
Revisa las intenciones que te motivaron a comenzar este ayuno. Piensa en lo que estás comiendo, ¿es un sacrificio? ¿Qué tiempo le dedicas a estar a solas con Dios? ¿Qué cosas haces además de orar y pasar tiempo con Dios durante el ayuno? ¿Cómo tratas a los demás?
Day 05
But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)
Your strength comes from God. He will strengthen you when you have no strength. Wait on Him and give the Lord your best. Our heavenly Father sees the intentions of the heart and even our thoughts. He knows your intentions for undertaking this fast.
What God will do with you at the end of this fast will be glorious, and the changes will be noticed by everyone around you. Right now, after 4 days of fasting and praying, you should feel closer to God.
Today, decide to perform an act of mercy for someone you don’t know. Demonstrate the love that God has placed in you. Regardless of the consequences or the reaction of others, when we show mercy to someone who cannot repay us, we demonstrate that Jesus lives in us.
If you feel tired and exhausted, wait on the Lord. Do not be discouraged, but use this opportunity to prove that God’s promises are true and always fulfilled.
Prayer for today
Lord, I acknowledge that I need You, and without You I can do nothing. Thank You for giving me strength to continue this fast. Help me to walk in mercy with others and to be more like You. I love You, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen. ∞∞∞
Devotional Day 5
But King David said to Ornan, “No, but I will surely buy it for its full price; for I will not take for the Lord what is yours, nor offer a burnt offering that costs me nothing.”

The best is given to God. The sacrifice we make to draw closer to God is seen by our heavenly Father and will be rewarded. It is not an act of manipulation to get something in return, but when we do it from the heart, God will bless us. I’m not referring to pointless sacrifices like repeating the same prayer ten times a day or walking on your knees. If we don’t have a clean and pure heart, our sacrifice is worthless.
Don’t give God the leftovers. This is what this scripture teaches us. The king could have taken the field for free, but that wouldn’t please the Lord. If we love God, we must give Him the best we can. If what you give to God doesn’t cost you anything, don’t expect God to act in your favor.
Examine the intentions that motivated you to begin this fast. Think about what you’re eating—is it a sacrifice? How much time do you dedicate to being alone with God? What things do you do besides praying and spending time with God during the fast? How do you treat others?
