Cada palabra que pronunciamos y cada acción que tomamos, comienza con un pensamiento. El pensamiento puede que sea fugaz o incluso incompleto o no bien desarrollado, pero no dirías o harías algo que no hayas pensado antes.
Ciertos pensamientos se convierten en palabras y acciones muy poderosas; por ejemplo, la creación del mundo primero estuvo en el corazón de Dios. Él sabía lo que quería y expresó cada aspecto de la creación. Cuando habló, sus palabras tenían poder. Todo lo que salió de su boca, comenzó a existir. Cuando Dios dijo: “Sea la luz”, hubo luz (Génesis 1:3). Esto mismo ocurrió con el cielo, los mares, la vegetación, el sol, la luna, las estrellas y todo el mundo natural (Génesis 1:1-31).
Fuiste creado a la imagen de Dios (Génesis 1:27) y tus palabras también tienen poder (Proverbios 18:21). Tus palabras comienzan con tus pensamientos y ellos tienen un poderoso impacto en tu vida. Úsalos sabiamente y de acuerdo con lo que Dios ha dicho en su Palabra.

EVERY WORD BEGINS WITH A THOUGHT
The mouth speaks what the heart is full of. —LUKE 6:45
Every word you speak and every action you take begins with a thought. The thought may be fleeting, or even incomplete or not fully developed, but you won’t speak or do anything unless you have thought it first.
Certain thoughts become extremely powerful words and actions—for example, the creation of the world was in God’s heart. He knew what He wanted and spoke each aspect of creation. When He spoke, His words had power. Whatever left His mouth came into existence. When God said, “Let there be light,” there was light (Genesis 1:3). This same process happened with the sky, the seas, vegetation, the sun, the moon, the stars, and the entire natural world (Genesis 1:1–31).
You are created in God’s image (Genesis 1:27), and your words also have power (Proverbs 18:21). Your words start with your thoughts, and they have a powerful impact on your life. Use them wisely and in agreement with what God has spoken in His Word.
Prayer:
“Father, help me to use my words wisely, remembering always that they are extremely powerful. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
