Mi experiencia ha sido que me comporto más como Jesús si me pongo en mente cada mañana orientarme en esa dirección. Antes de empezar tu día, tómate un momento para pensar en amar a los demás, planea ser bueno con todos y haz un hábito de ser una bendición donde quiera que vayas. He pasado al menos media hora esta mañana, leyendo la Escrituras sobre el amor y pensando en qué formas puedo enriquecer a los demás y añadirle valor a sus vidas. Sé que hacer esto me ayudará a seguir adelante y ser obediente al mandato Divino de amar a los demás.
El amor debería ser el tema central de nuestras vidas, sin embargo, la naturaleza humana es egoísta y debe ser disciplinada. Una de las mejores cosas para recordar sobre el amor, es que no es solamente un sentimiento, sino una decisión sobre cómo trataremos a las personas. Sé entusiasta con relación a cómo puedes bendecir a otros hoy, y en el proceso serás bendecido.

“Padre, gracias por amarme. Permite que tu amor fluya a través de mí y hacia los demás. No dejes que pierda la oportunidad que tú me das para añadirle valor a la vida de otras personas. Gracias. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén”.

My experience has been that I behave more like Jesus if I set my mind in that direction each morning. Before you begin your day, take a little time to think about loving others, plan to be good to everyone, and make a habit of being a blessing everywhere you go. I have spent at least a half hour this morning looking at scriptures about love and thinking of ways I can build up others and add value to their lives. I know that doing this will help me actually follow through and be obedient to God’s command to love others.
Love should be the central theme of our lives; however, human nature is selfish and must be disciplined. One of the best things to remember about love is that it is not a mere feeling, but a decision about how we will treat people. Be excited about how you can bless others today, and you will be blessed in the process.
Prayer:
“Father, thank You for loving me. Let Your love flow through me to others. Don’t let me miss any opportunity that You give me to add value to another person. Thank You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
